Ins: BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD FEP ( FEDERAL)

Banded Feb 2010. Did well initially, but after the first fill things went down hill. Every time i had a fill within 2-4 weeks i would start vomiting.Every fill i had was taken back out and weight loss became little to nothing After I got new insurance which woulfd cover removal band and doing a sleeve I made the decision to have it done in one surgery.
BCBS FEP approved in less than a month since I was already under supervision. Had sugery this week on Tuesday April 30, 2013.
Truly I have had no problems at all with pain , I am up walking fine since the moring after. Going back to work on The 9th.
MY COST: BCBS COST : $ 335 SURGEONS, $ 125 HOSPIAL, ZERO ANESTHESIA (all co-pays reimbursed by health savings acct)
