When I started having medical problems in 2003 and my back started going bad, I starting exercise of any kind, limited my walking and starting eating. 374 pounds later, here I am with a heart condition, high colesterol and diabetes ( even though I have been diagnosed with diabetes since my mid 30's. I look forward to reading all your posts and learn more about getting "sleeved". Good luck to us all.
