My pre-op diet,
I start a proteines diet and exercice (gym) since 3 weeks and i drink a lot of water. I wheight my self today and i gained 9 pounds, but i shrink in inches. I realy dont understand why i gained instead losing wheight? I took 3 proteines a day and a small meal ( meat and veggies) . I am very decouraged of my gained, SO I EAT 2 PIECES OF CAKES! i will have my surgery on april 23. I am staring my 3 days liquid and my laxatif tomorrow. I hope that i am going to lose that 9 pound that i gained since 3 weeks. I dont understand that. Any wansers someone?
