In january 2013 I joined Jenny Craig to help me lose weight. My start weight with Jenny Craig was 119 kilos. If was a slow result, so on may the 30th I went and seen Dr Copp's nurse to get some information about lap band surgery. My start weight was 110.8 kilos. I went on the pre surgery diet - shakes and my weight the morning of my surgery was 98.4 kilos. My first visit at the dietician after surgery was 96.2 kilos, after two weeks on the fluid diet. I am now on puree diet - am off to the dietician tomorrow. I know I will not have lost weight, but am looking forward to having my first fill in 3 weeks.🍖 6 months on and I am down to 88.4 kilos.. Losing very slowly but at least I am losing
