<p>After retiring from the Marine Corps and a few life changing situations I found myself weighing 330 lbs. After pondering the situation for a couple years I finally made the decision to go through LapBand surgery. My goal weigh is 195 and am currently somewhere in the 260 range. I had to change somethings in life but in reality it was needed. I pretty much can eat anything except bread and certain veggies. It was a hard decison to go though with it But I am happy with it.</p>
