Diet After Band Removal

DixieDarlin2 -- It's been a couple years now. How is your weight? I am having my band removed after 12 miserable years of regurgitation and nausea on the Sept 25, 2017. I lost 55 pounds and kept it off 6 years by throwing up every meal! Then I had the solution removed and gained 20 pounds which I maintained for another 5 years. Then I found Bright Line Eating. It has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I ate my way down another 45 pounds. You can actually eat a lot of food (if you can get it down!) and lose weight. Of course, you have to pay to have it removed. They're not gonna do anything for free. Not being sarcastic, just being honest.
