Tips for breakfast

I have a hard boiled eggs (cut in fourth's) with a whole grain bread toasted 1/2 slice. I use rye. I put 1/4 of avacado on the toast.

Thank you I have learned I'm unable to eat toast but the egg and avocado sounds great

Im about 8 weeks out i will have one egg or a turkey stick and string cheese or greek yogurt and a fruit i dont really do carbs there a waste of space if i do its a half of a mini bagel with laughing cow cheese and smoke Salomon or tuna..keep it simple is key

Have you tried muffin pan egg cups. I make them ahead on Sundays. You can put anything you want in them, turkey sausage, spinach, bell peppers. Just scramble the eggs fill the cups and bake for 20 min.

I just tried this for Breakfast and it was delicious, cut one avocado in half, remove the pit and fill with one egg. Season, then bake until egg cooked 10 min usually depending on your oven.
