Will whomever keeps putting the size 36 waist pants back in my closet stop it!

It seems like I go through my work pants every week and remove at least one pair of 36" waist pants (I wear a size 32).

Who keeps putting them back in there?????????

Doesn't it feel amazing to get rid of the "fat" clothes? I've been giving Goodwill bags full. The other day I found more size 16s and I'm a 12/10 now. I don't want that negative talk in my closet. Congratulations on your success!!!

I packed a whole bag a few weeks ago. I started a new bag recently. However, I not only put clothes in there that are too big. I also put clothes and shoes in it I haven't worn in ages, e. g. I put some gloves and hats in there I no longer wear as well.

I just moved from TX to LA, and we're still in temporary housing. When I packed, I threw all my dress clothes in Rubbermaids and brought them with me to temporary housing. Some mornings, I grab 3 pairs of pants before I find ones that will stay up. Yesterday, I finally started going through the Rubbermaids and tossing out anything over a size 14 or an xl shirt. This means I'm now down to what clothing I've purchased since moving to Louisiana! All that space those Rubbermaids took up in the car was wasted! Doh. Ah well. Live and learn. Now to find the local salvation army to donate all those clothes to!

@@agirlhasnofluff what part of La? I always donate locally.... like a st Vincent's, or we have a local one that help mentally challenged people...

Or, donate to a shelter.

I stopped giving to salvation and goodwill after i found out how they handle things.... I rather give to places in my community.

I'm in St. Tammany. Salvation Army is actually a very good, reputable charity. They give back to the community and invest in actually helping people. Goodwill, however, does not! Salvation army is the only one I donate to, but I'll look into St. Vincent.

Although we all choose who our donations go to , it is worth considering it they help your community.

I happen to donate to a give back thrift store( $250k back to community organizations thus far) and animal help resale. But I do not choose to donate to some religious charities that are anti GLBT.

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
