First fill next week

@Banded_Beauty.... I totally feel your pain. I just had my first fill today but I have felt like I could eat anything. I had no restriction whatsoever. I only got 2cc today so I am not sure that is going to do much either. I have to wait 3 days before I can eat again and hope I may have some restriction. Hopefully you will do better after your 2nd fill.

Hi @@jcordova204 doing good but pretty much maintaining my weight. Haven't lost anymore. I feel like most of the time I can eat anything I want. I go back Dec 27th for my second fill. I hope that is my green zone but idk. Sometimes I feel like I can eat like normal and I'm not careful with it. I don't intentionally test my band but I worry I over load it. I think most people are sticking to low carb. I'm just trying to get thru day by day because I have very little support at home.

@@weneebug I hope you do, I know everyone is different. I'm not losing any weight and I go up and down a pound or two but never get passed it. I'm hoping next fill is better. I feel that I can eat whatever I want and that is probably why I'm not losing any weight.

Start walking and cut out carbs.... they are evil....lol.
