Anyone else experience this?

I know we all have some differences in how our bodies feel after surgery but.....I never feel full. Granted I don't feel hungry either lol I'm not sure if this is because I really don't eat much( 500-750 calories a day) or just how my new body is. Certainly after the surgery, when I was healing I felt the tightness from small amounts ingested . That has of course subsided. It's just odd to me I don't feel full or satiated. Will this be influx too? Thank you

You've reached the point where your hunger has returned. After surgery you will have about 6-8 months of not being hungry but then your body adapts. It sucks. So that's why it's so important to try to lose as much as possible during that time frame.

If you are only eating 500-750 calories, then chances are pretty good that you will be hungry.

How is your Water intake? Also my dietician said never eat until "full" because that's how we stretch the pouch.
