Learned a lesson today

I was scheduled to have the preliminary work for a crown at 9:00 this morning. Prior to my appt I had 4 glasses of water/tea. No food. I was in the dentist's chair for almost 2 hours. When the novocaine wore off, I was in WAY more pain than when I had my surgery. I was almost incapacitated. In hindsight, I am convinced that no Water and no food = misery. Ever since, I have felt unable to eat much of anything, but I was finally able to drink by about 4 pm, and I feel like I can't get enough to drink.

So I'm sharing in case anyone finds him/herself in a similar situation.

Thanks for sharing Fezi. I had wondered how long would be too long to go without drinking. Sometimes church runs a little long say from Sunday School through worship service. I will remember to take a bottle of Water with me. Hope you are feeling better now.
