I just bought new shakes and I'm wondering if anyone has tried them. Are they good? Do they work? Any advice?

Are these for pre-op or post-op?

You should look for Protein shakes with more Protein in them. It's easy to find at least 20g of protein and you want low in sugar.

I personally wouldn't use those because it would take too many to get a sufficient amount of protein from them.

I like the Premier Protein shakes. They taste good and have 30 grams of Protein.< /p>

Advocare Pro-20 has 20 grams of Protein and qualifies as a clear liquid. Palatable and only 3 ounces. Http://www.we-build-champions.net. And can't you add a scoop of Protein Powder to any shake to up the protein content.
