I have been married almost 22 years. Since I have lost the weight 2 1/2 yrs ago with surgery I finally have found out what a true orgasm is. Athena's makes toys for couples.. Specifically ones that a man wears around his penis and there is a small vibrator attached to the top of the ring ,so that when he is inside you the vibrator is resting on your clitoris !! The problem arises when the guy refuses to have anything wrapped around his penis.
