Hi there I have depression at the moment I'm with my mom and dad to help them out and in the same time thy help me out now thy going on a 3 month holiday to visit the family back in South Africa don't know if you all know how dangerous it's there? I don't know how I'm going to cope worrying about them being lonely caures I have no friends in NZ to com keep me company now and then the surgery I'm really scared! :(

You're starting in the right direction. Reach out to people who are similarly situated. You may begin to enjoy the solitude.

Just don't reach in the fridge to make you feel better.

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
      I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
