Cottage Cheese Vs. Yogurt For Pre Op Diet

does anybody know if cottage cheese would be ok instead of yogurt for the pre op diet its high in Protein and its a soft soft food?

actually the low fat cottage cheese is high and protien, compared to the yogurt. It is on my diet I can have 1 cup with unsweetened applesauce on it, it is the highlight of my day!
