I've thought that I was obese for most of my life. Looking back, I realize, I wasn't obese until I was 18 and had my first child. With each year I have tried dieting, excercising etc. etc. and can't ever seem to keep the weight off. I attended the lap band seminar last week and have my 1st surgeon appointment tomorrow. I am extremely excited and also scared that I will fail.
