I've know people who have had wls I thought I could do it on my own... and I did over and over and over. Then I thought well I need to join a group and that worked.... for a while I got to my goal once and then gained 2/3rds back so far and I have not been able to get back on the wagon so to speak... It seems. So I started to investigate Lap band. I believe it is just like any weight loss program. No different. I am scared of the surgery though.
