Three weeks before my 3oth birthday I had my lapband done. It was the best present I could ever have given myself. I have been overweight my entire life. One diet after another, one failure after another. I would lose the weight and then gain it all back plus a few friends. My jourmey has been interesting in the last almost two years since I had the surgery. I cant believe it has been nearly two years! I started at 363 pounds and I am currently 141 pounds down from that.
