I feel good I've been back to work since Monday, yesterday I was in a little pain it felt like a not so after I made it home and was able to relax the gas started to move. I have crossed over I am a member now 3 days in. I'm excited for this journey. I feel amazing I was able to get out today for a little bit. One thing I must say is today I had some warm tea and I feel like a new woman. Yesterday I was in discomfort with drinking water.
