    Why do you regret it? Is it because you can't eat what you want? If so, perhaps you were not in a good head space prior to surgery! Meaning you may not have had good reasons for going forward.     I have a texture issue but my Surgeon said I could chew the daylights out of my food so long as I stayed in the approved food plan, I eat a lot of tuna and chicken and I chew the crap out of it, I am 4 weeks out tho Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
