Hi My name is Zugehily i'm 32 years oldand i have 2 toddler boys with special needs. I decide to download this app for have moresupport. I decide to have a bariatric surgerybecause my weight is 304lbs and i'm 5'2also i am diabetic and i have hypotiroid with joins (knee)pain, also i have an abdominal hernia. I talk to my pcp and he giveme the referral and i call the surgeon. Thank'sGod my first consultation is Monday 10/5/15im nervious and anxious but im positive bcuzi was thinking about this for like a year in a half.I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN GIVE ME SOME SUPPORT
