I found this website by accident, just doing more research and thought the support group would be great. I have just started the 3 month diet plan before my surgery. I have never had a surgery for anything In my life so slightly scared. I know I need this for my health so can't wait. I am slightly concerned on the amount of food able to be eaten after surgery. We eat fairly healthy now but there is always room for improvement.
