I feel like i am sick all the time . I guess I am not getting enough protein and some of the other vitamins. I feel weak and unsteady . Can't seem to get anything done . There is no get up and go . It done left for good . So tired . Sorry peeps sometimes I think this was a bad idea to have this surgery . Don't want to poo poo on anyone's parade but this has been one thing after another . So far things haven't gotten better and I feel lousy . I know all the chores I should be doing but can't seem to get them done just tired , depressed and unsure of what I should do next . This is an aweful feeling I have . Don't seem to sleep good either . The pit of my stomach feels like a garbage can . UGH ! ;-) www.images.com

Hang in there! Talk to your Dr - or someone at the office to see what they think of your diet to see if changes need to be made. Are you exercising like you should? Getting your fluids? Fatigue is a symptom of dehydration! When was your surgery?

I feel the exact same way..post op November 2, 2015, Gastric Bypass. So what to do??? I talked with the doctors office who put me in contact with the nutritionist and she basically gave me a pep talk and said get it together...lol Yep...that's what I wanted to hear..

I consider myself to be and intelligent person most of the time...LOL What I do know is their is a standard that the doctors want us all to follow, so many oz.'s of liquids and specific dietary needs. They have to push these things so they don't get in trouble when we get dehydrated and end up in the hospital, they can always say well, I told her to drink more...lol

Well, I can tell you that I have no energy, I'm almost afraid to go for a walk for fear I'll fall on my face. I'm depressed too, BUT would I change my decision about the surgery...NO - I do want a better life, I want to live without the struggles that go along with obesity. And I know you know what I'm talking about.

I know or should I say I have been told that it will get better...LOL ...WHEN!!

Find strength in knowing your not alone and it really will get better.

Y'all come back now.
